We at Lone Elk Gallery want you to be completely happy with your purchase. In the unfortunate and unexpected event that the items you purchased online were not what you expected, please contact us with any questions or concerns and request a return authorization number. Within 30 days of any purchase, Lone Elk Gallery will give store credit for the purchase price paid. In this case you as the buyer will need to pay the return shipping. If the return is due to defective merchandise or merchandise that was damaged during shipping, we will refund the cost of the shipping, as well as the refund of the products you ordered. Simply contact us via our “Contact” section and let us know the problem with your order. In this case the refund would either be your choice of store credit or the refund would be made by Lone Elk Gallery’s business checking account.
